FAT12

After a complicated reformatting Brendan hoped he might still have some of his old data on the computer.  He didn’t even have information that should be built in to the computer, DOS, or windows at the least.

Here is the best picture of the screen I could get… …with a science-fiction style black and white blow up of the impossibility.

 

To explain to non-geeks, FAT is the data compression system that Microsoft uses.  Windows 95 was FAT16. Windows 98 came with the option of converting to FAT32.  No one has ever heard of FAT12.  Until now.
