Nick did a great job. My last two experiences have been very good at the Genius Bar, both times I've been in Natick.

My previous experiences with Apple support have not been so great, which is why the recommendation of the Apple Store is only at 7 right now, and I do have to say this--

No matter how helpful the geniuses, if Apple cuts off its third-party support contractors, I will be forced to avoid Apple products in the future. The third-party shops have been keeping Apple customers happy a long time, and I know from my experience can solve problems quickly that Apple stores send the computer for vacation in California for.
