In loving, living memory, John Melançon 1928 – 2007
Man, something about deciding this made me want to call Dad, like all this time I could still reach him by telephone, but just hadn't; we telephoned probably a dozen times in my life, well a few dozen more including "pick me up at the high school."
Originally I was thinking of this in terms of doing something interesting, and telling someone about it, but actually doing something with someone every day, sharing an experience, would of course be far better.
Today, not much interesting, and not with anyone, but IMed Kathleen: "that was a beautiful one-hour run around a lake. The trees keep on giving."
Reply-- "Nice :-)
"Yes, and Zelda liked it too. Not sure if she was trying to get a better view of the leaves, or she thought there would be slopes into the water, but she kept running out onto little docks"
