Non-racist English is a little easier than non-sexist English, but anti-racism as a whole is probably as hard as anti-sexism.
The general principle of not consciously or unconsciously building prejudice against anyone -- queer people, Roma, children for a few more examples -- simply by the way one talks is itself a difficult and important task.
